     Estimated to cost over P1 billion, the Calyx Centre will have amenities designed to make condominium living enviable. The building will sit on a 2,953 sq.m. premium lot beside Asiatown’s "The Walk".

     The residential tower's units will actually be on the 11th floor, a storey above the transition level at the 10th floor which will have two gardens. The bigger one is designed as an active zone with a lap and wading pool, a gym, shower rooms, a laundromat, two function rooms for parties and business meetings exclusively for residents. The smaller garden facing northeast will accommodate yoga, meditation, reading, and quiet conversations in an outdoor setting. Adjoining it is a Lounge with a wifi center and work station as well as a seating area for relaxation, receiving visitors or hobnobbing with neighbors.

     The first nine floors are designed as a podium accommodating office spaces with footprints of over 2,000 sq.m. to meet BPO requirements. Parking spaces of around 300 slots occupy a portion of the podium with exclusive floors for residents separated from the public and office users.

     At the ground and basement levels, separate lobbies and elevators for residents and office tenants, service and food shops featuring al fresco sections and a small grocery and convenience store are envisioned to complement and enhance the lifestyle of Calyx Centre occupants.

     Designed by architectural firm Aidea Phil., Inc. globally recognized as one of the top 100 in the world and the only one from the country, Calyx Centre will be an iconic structure that will stand out as a landmark. Tina Periquet of Periquet Galicia, Inc. signed on as space planner of the interior spaces to maximize function and aesthetics of each residential condominium unit. Structural design is from renowned Aromin and Sy as it was known then, now called Sy^2 + Associates. These firms represent the best in the industry. Market insights, branding and project conceptualization was spearheaded by Tetta Baad as marketing and sales consultant who had years of experience with the Ayala group.
